Forgot to mention (important):
If you have a JVFooter linked to a JVDBGrid - Don't delete the grid before
deleting the footer! If one does so (I did) then one cannot delete the
footer, there are access violations trying to do so and one cannot access
the form (as text) to do a manual deletion - this bug won't allow it.

Another remark on the titles is that if fixed columns = 0 then the title
caption is on the top of the title cell, setting fixed columns to 1 (or
greater) and the title captions are aligned to the center of the cell (i.e.
VTCentre) (?!)
