RxLib install error on SpeedBar in Delphi7

Hi,

I downloaded Lib 2.75 fro delphi7 from JEDI, when attempting to compile the
RxDcl7.dpk I had to rename the AppUtils.pas to RxAppUtils. But now when
attempting to install the DclRx7 design time package I get the following
error: "The procedure entry point @Speedbar@TSpeedbarSection@GetTitle$qqrv
could not be located in the dynamic link library RxCtl7.bpl", how do I
remedy this?
