Re: RealThinClient SDK > OEM license (-50%); non-commercial license (direct download link)

Hi Toni,

> Is peer support available in your newsgroups for OEM licenced customers?

No, there will ne no support for OEM users. Also, public RTC Newsgroups will
be closing in the next few days, with all support moving to E-Mail and
Instant Messaging. It is possible that, after the public newsgroups are
closed, a new Forum will be opened, available only to licensed RTC SDK
Basic, Silver and Gold users.

Yes, upgrade from a commercial OEM license to RTC SDK Basic, Silver and Gold
license will be available by using a special coupon code, which any licensed
RTC SDK OEM user can request by contacting me directly. Please note that
ordering the OEM license and upgrading to a higher-level-of-support license
will still be a bit more expensive than directly ordering the Basic, Silver
or Gold license.
