ANN: madExcept 3.0a

Today I'm releasing both madExcept 2.7i and madExcept 3.0a.
madExcept 2.7i is mainly a bugfix release, but it also adds
support for FastMM4 memory leak stack tracing. madExcept 3.0a
contains lots of bug fixes and also some minor improvements.
Here's a list of the most important madExcept 3.0a changes:
(1) madCompileBugReport is now available
(2) http upload redirection support added
(3) some improvements for better BCB support
(4) support for FastMM4 memory leak stack traces added
(5) send assistant: email syntax is verified now

This installer contains both madExcept 2.7i and 3.0a. You
can choose during installation which version to install.
