Other remote control solutions?

While we're waiting for it to come up again... what other remote control
solutions have you all looked into? VNC with an activex component? Radmin?
RemoteOffice?

We do *a lot* of support of customers on Windows, using WebEx. But we'd sure
like to bundle something into our application. In addition to the cost of
WebEx, it's a bit of an overkill for the simple kind of remote control we
need to support users. And, minor as it seems, walking users past IE's "To
help protect your security, IE has restricted this file from showing active
content that could access your computer..." - security hurdle.

We'd like something a bit more seamless with our application.
