I have often thought about the concept of inbedding additional "support"
features into the products for supporting customers. However, I am not sure
I would ever like to know that someone has the ability to watch my computer
except through known means like WebEx.

We did switch from WebEx to GoToMeeting by Citrix and have saved a lot of
money. I am not sure if WebEx has lowered their fees, but GoToMeeting has
worked well for a fraction of what we were previously paying.
