Not really based upon his comment that I can see.

I think GotoAssist is designed to work more in a call center environment
where it can queue users, etc.

GotoMeeting is more like WebEx where the control is coordinated between
multiple users. However, you can let the remote person take control.

Yes, GotoAssist can do what he is asking, but is not required to simply
provide control to the other user.
