Yes, I agree, but I saw it action today. You coordinate the meeting, you
connect up, then you turn the control over to the other user (yes, keyboard,
mouse, etc). I just didn't know how they turned it over until they told me
it was done through the "presenter."

It also has a nice chat system that docks to the right side of the screen.
So, you have full IM chat (so-to-speak) while you work together. We started
using it 6 months ago (vs. WebEx) and the bills have dropped by about 80%
and I have not heard any complaints.
