If you go to www.frasersoft.net/genhelp and go to the download page
there is a link there to the Microsoft HtmlHelp download that includes
compilers/decompilers etc. You need to get the patch as well if you do
not have Visual Studio but it's all documented there.

I personally wouldn't recommend doing it like that as it's quite hard
work, that's why I wrote GenHelpPro to make it easy.
With GenHelp, as with some other documentation tools (DocOMatic etc)
you can import your source files and generate help in a few minutes.
If your source contains comments describing functionality, your help files
can be created in a very short time. If your source files don't contain
documentation comments, you will have to spend some time filling in
the blanks but it is much easier in tools like GenHelpPro.
It will create help for Delphi 3-8, BCB 3-8, Visual Studio.NET as well
as RTF output for creating manuals.
