The latest *officially* supported CompBAR version is 1.0.2 which can be
downloaded from www.compbar.org

These bugs that you are reffering to, are related to 1.0.2 version ? 1.0.2
sholud work for all delphi versions except D2005-D2006 which is planned to
be released real soon.
