Speech Recognition (dictation)

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a company that provides Speech Recognition engine
(withSDK or API ) for dictation. I've looked at the Dragon (Nuance) and
Microsoft solutions and they do not meet my requirements. Both worked nicely
though, just had limitations on implementation.

Any suggestions/comments are appreciated.
