parser

my company gave me the job of making a parser that can read TEXT files
and pull the data to structured Access database tables for better
reading and possible value changes in the data.

After that ... need to put back to the original file.

Any idea how can this be done.. Its there any component that can help
me.... or I have to do it manually (checking Strings line by line)
