anyone know of a good task scheduling component?

anyone know of a good task scheduling component?

It should be able to schedule tasks by things like "First Business Day of the month" etc

It should also be flexible enough where I could plug in my own database logging and email notifcation system.

I have a couple of large projects coming up and won't have a ton of time to make my own.

Any ideas?
