Hi Steve,
I think it's only a matter of personal prefference. If you think that
Castalia is giving you more than the default IDE and you see this as a good
investment, why not upgrade?
For me, even though I like the structural highlightings done by Castalia
(tried it for a couple of weeks), I can't get used to the speed decrease and
often pauses when coding, which automaticaly come with those nice new
features. So, I've uninstalled it after a few weeks, simply because I
couldn't get used to the pauses.
Even though Castalia wasn't a good choice for me (it was more a hindrance
than help), it doesn't mean that someone else wouldn't like the features
more than those speed costs.
