Then they are obviously not installed. If you have it in your BDS2006
installatuion, try to install <yourBDSdirectory>\bin\dcltee100.bpl in
the same dialog. If you don't have it, your versions did not come with
TeeChart.

What version are you exactly using (I mean Professional, Enterprise or
Architect)?
