From your post, I guess you aren't too happy with how things are evolvingwith GranPrimo, maybe that's why you think that changing to a different set
of communication components will help out. But the real problem in your case
is that (as Adem also pointed out) your web pages don't look appealing to
the eye and there's no easy way to test how your solution works. I think you
should redesign your website and make it clear to first-time-visitors *what*
you are offering and also show them *how* this works.
