Why cant you just run a sql script to update the database?

We are looking for a 3rd party tool wich should take care of the database structure, triggers and other settings in a MS SQL database.

We think of distributing some kind of reposotory with our products, the tool should be able to compare the client-database with the reposotory and take care of any modification if needed. All this should be done unattended.
