Looking for an IDE add in

A few months ago, either in here or in non-tech, somebody mentioned a free
IDE add-in similar to GExperts. I forgot the name, and after searching on
google and Tamaracka, I can't find any mention. I'm setting up a new system
at home after my main development box bit the dust last night (popping
capacitors) and I'd like to install this package again. Could somebody jog
my memory?
