Sorry, I'm coming late to this posting. I use Formula1 as well, although I
have been looking for a replacement for a while. It's such a good component
for embedding in server applications, it's a shame they discontinued it.

We've also looked but haven't found anything which even comes close. I
hate the fact it's an ocx, but it's an amazing product and is still just
as useful as the day we purchased it. I can't remember the last time we
needed to install MS Excel on a clients box.
