And if you have Delphi Enterprise or above, you could try StarTeam.

I do, but I use mostly BCB Pro.

Then there's also JediVCL, but the server is a pain to configure
(IMO) for SQL Server.

I don't use SQL Server -- does it support Interbase/FireBird? (I forgot
that requirement.
