I am looking for highly configurable toolbar with support for png images.
I am registered user of devexpress bar and tms bar.

With minor modifications, the ExpressBars can support PNG images with
transparency. Additionally, the next version of ExpressBars will likely
support them natively. They will also be supporting the new MS Office
2007-style ribbon toolbars, if that's your thing, so it's a worthy
investment.
