Kind of. :) A tip that might help: Tortoise integrates on explorer, and
the OpenDialog has a built-in explorer view.
So, to use Tortoise from within the IDE, choose File/Open then right
click on the explorer view there.
Another trick I like is adding an item to the Tools menu that opens
Explorer with the file currently open in the IDE selected.
