Panel that resizes with padding to caption size


Don't know if I need a specialized panel or just code...?

What I need to do:

Have the ability to automatically resize a panel to the size of the caption text, wordwrapping, plus height & width padding of say, 10 pixels. The caption text will change with user input. Font size and type are subject/likely to change also.

So, with wordwrapping also part of the problem, how can I automatically size the panel as stated? Is there a panel component that you could recommend, or do I handle this with code?
