We're using CVS (exactly - CVSNT) for years and are happy with it. If
you are not console fan, there are enough free GUI clients for it
(e.g., TortoiseCVS, WinCVS) and even an expert in current Jedi Code
Library release which integrates some functionality into Delphi IDE. So
any developer in the team can choose what is more suitable for his
working style.
