GenHelpPro can be used to import Delphi, C++ and C# classes
and creates documentation for all Borland and many MS IDEs.
It doesn't currently export XML that H&M could use, but any
interest on this might make us add this feature.
A lot of the top component authors use GenHelpPro to create
their help files.
GenHelpPro support 'Natural ', XmlDoc and PasDoc commenting
formats so you can create help files in a few clicks from
well documented source files. GenHelpPro also provides an
installer for BDS200x and VS.NET
