OT: Wanted - Other software


Hi,

I am looking for 3 functionalities --pereferably in different SW :)

i) Sound monitor.

Something that monitors the sound (music etc) volume in my PC and makes sure it does not start blaring just because someone thought it would be a good idea to record something at a very high volum. It should also increase volume if it is too low.

ii) A file finder.

Something that should look for a given filename in the path I specify. But, it should also look into compressed (not just zip, but also rar, 7z etc.)

iii) Hit counter hitter.

I have friend who has a blog at wordpress.com (free) and she is continously demoralized that she does not get hits. I'd like some peiece of wicked SW to bump up her hit count (without her knowing of course).

[no, it does not seem so easy, I tried using wget and wordpress.com wasn't fooled]

Any help would be appreciated.
