Crystal Reports 9 and D7, access violation


We use Delphi 7 and Crystal Reports 9. We have their D7 VCL component. I had to modify an existing report considerably. I can preview the new report fine, but when I run it in our Delphi app, I get an access violation (and don't get it for the original version of the report, or any of the dozens of other reports). What should I look for to fix this problem?
