I just finished installing Orpheus in D7. Here are the steps I had to
follow...

1. Extract contents of TPOrpheus_406.zip to c:\...\Orpheus folder.
2. Extract contents of TPOrpheus_407.zip to same folder and overwrite all
files.
3. Open Delphi close all open projects.
4. File | Open Project c:\...\Orpheus\Packages\D7Packages.BP6. This will
open the Project Manager window.
5. Right-click O407_r70.bpl and select "Open".
6. The Package window will open with "Compile" and "Install" buttons.
7. Click on "Compile" to compile just that package. Don't click "Install".
8. Close the package and save changes if prompted.
9. Open O407_d70.bpl.
10. Choose "Compile", then "Install", then close the package (save changes
if prompted).
11. Repeat steps 5-8 for O407br70.bpl (just compile)
12. Repeat steps 9-10 for O407bd70.bpl (compile and install)
13. File | Close All. Answer "yes" to save changes (twice)
14. Add c:\...\Orpheus\Source to the library path (Tools | Environment
Options | Library).
15. The Orpheus controls should now be installed.

Hi,

I tried many times to install TurboPower´s orpheus in Delphi 7 without
success.
Does anybody know about any other free open source set of vcl
components(JVCL has just a few dataware components).
