Page or Tab controls (Non-Microsoft)

Hi,

I'm looking for a (preferably free but not necessary) tab and/or
pagecontrol component that is not based on microsofts comctrls. I'd
like source and the ability to do a number of different things: Tab
shifting, Customizable tab drawing, VCL docking support, etc.

Does anyone know of such a beast?
