We are happy to announce that our new web pages are finished just before the
end of the year 2006, providing a simple user interface in a clean web
design. We chose to design our own web pages instead of using a template or
giving hands-off to an anonymous web designer, to give our web presents our
own mark, reflecting the path we are taking with our RealThinClient
components and tools:

Networks powered by the RealThinClient SDK work 24x7x365 without
intervention, because we develop *complete* solutions, for which we invest a
lot of time in testing, to eliminate possible bugs before they can do any
harm. And, if any one of our customers should have a question or bump into a
problem, we are always ready to mobilize our resources and help when that
help is needed, without extra charge. To read what our customers say, visit:

When one of our customers has required direct support, we have been using
our RTC Remote Tools (also available in a free executable version from our
downloads page) to work on their PC remotely, coding and debugging directly
at their site - in their environment. If a picture is worth more than a
thousand words, how much would real-time long distance vision with extended
arms be worth? In our cases, it was invaluable, since for all problems which
sounded unsolvable by E-Mail, we have found a solution in a matter of
minutes by using RTC Remote Tools:

As you see, we don't just sell our components and tools, we use them to
power our business. Another example is our www.realthinclient.com domain,
which is being powered by our RTC Web Server application running on a
Windows 2003 Server (since February 2005 - without any problems).
We have also been one of the first official Borland Turbo Explorer mirrors
(and still are), taking some of the initial heat. And when that heat was
over, we have organized a "global RTC WebServer Stress Test", calling
developers to download Turbo Explorer files from our Web Server in a given
time-period. This has resulted in more than 70 developers downloading files
from our Server at the same time, using 300-400 connections, generating
70-80 MBits transfer rate for a couple of hours. Since we found this to be
one valuable test of the RTC Web Servers reliability, data collected from
that test is now available for public viewing, here:

We don't strive to be the only vendor offering communications components to
developers, but we do strive to be the best. RealThinClient SDK development
has started in November 2004 with the first public release in May 2005. We
have then extended, optimized and stress-tested the components during the
year 2006, making it the most reliable and easy-to-use solution for writing
HTTP-based Internet-ready Clients, Servers and ISAPI extensions by using
Borland Delphi or C++ Builder. For the next year, we plan on adding value to
the RealThinClient components by creating new products with more advanced
features for working with the RealThinClient SDK. The first step towards
this goal will be the release of RTC Remote Tools 2.0 - planned for
February/March 2007.
RealThinClient components are all about communication:
(1) between computers and (2) between people.
Best Regards,
Danijel Tkalcec, Team RTC
