This seems very excellent! It does allow selection of non-contiguous dates.
It's very intuitive to use. Thanks tons for the recommendation.

You might have a look at TPlannerCalendar at
http://www.tmssoftware.com/go/?plannercal
Set MultiSelect and MultiSelectCtrlKey = true to allow also disjunct day
selection.
You can get the selected days from the PlannerCalendar.Dates collection
property.
There is also a multimonth calendar included: TPlannerCalendarGroup.
