any GNU RCS plugins for Delphi IDE?


RCS is available in many flavors for Windows. I've been
searching around and only found Delphi plugins / experts /
wizards for commercial RCS products. I know I've seen some for
other versions, but I forget where.

Eg., I just installed Cygwin into my system. Is there a way to
work with its RCS tools in the Delphi IDE? What other options
may exist?

(We've got a team of about 10 people and we need something simple
to coordinate localized changes before the code gets put into
the CVS root.)

For political reasons, StarTeam is a no-go (much as I'd like to
use it).
