I'm looking for an app that would let me build a flow chart to help our
customer support staff diagnose a problem. The current problem is fixing
our customers email problems, we(developers) put together a flow chart but
its a bit much and will grow into something large and hard to read way to
quickly. If I could have a clickable version that led our support staff
down a certain track that we could keep up to date I don't think it would
be to overwhelming to look at or use.


Any ideas?


Perhaps a "Wizard" interface would be even easier to use by the support
staff.
