No, allow for buying source code.

This could be a problem if I wanted to use third-party components or source
code to make the user interface a bit more "appealing". The price would also
need to be quite higher than the "standard" license price (which would NOT
include Remote Control/Server source code), since I would have to assume
that anyone who had the full source code is buying it so he can make his own
remote desktop control solution, which would automatically compete with my
RTC Portal product.

So ... what would be an acceptable price for Remote Control source?
