CodeRush to Castalia

It looks like I'm going to have to move to Delphi 2007, so it will be
goodbye CodeRush, companion of many years, and hello Castalia. How much of
a difference will I find it? How easy is it to copy/paste my custom
templates? Does it support things like creating variable definitions
easily?
