Looking for good quality Glyphs and Images

I know about Glyfx - and they are great

Are there other packages out there? XP/Vista quality. PNG would be a
good thing as well.

We are the in the medical industry - so it would be a bonus if there
were images that were for that industry as well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
