1. Does anyone have any experience of an implemention within a company?
2. Do you have any serious reservations about Skype and its adoption

a business (or individually)?
3. Did the implementation use Delphi (talking to Skype4COM.dll - or
a.n.other method?).
4. Big Telecoms savings?
5. Any other features used: SMS, chat, transfer calls, etc.
