Castillia lives in the shadow of CodeRush
Given that CodeRush has effectively left the scene, I can't see any reason
why Castalia can't assume then role as primary. The suggestions made are
very handy in CR, and I encourage their implementation. One thing I like
about CR's method combos is that you get to see where you are in the code
as you scroll down.
