Please note that the old Remote Tools library uses outdated communication
components which have known connection issues and may cause unexpected
disconnects on some networks (especially the ones with low bandwidth). This
old library will be completely replaced with the RealThinClient SDK
(http://www.realthinclient.com/about_sdk.htm), which will eliminate all
connection problems and allow remote support/assistance even if both sides
are behind firewalls and proxy servers.

There are also a number of other known limitations and problems related to
the old Remote Tools library, but all of them will be addressed and
corrected with the release of RTC Remote Desktop 2.0, which is planned for
release in May/June 2007. For pricing and licensing information about RTC
