Any how, Mike (context software) provides EXCELLENT support and I would
recommend potential users download it and give it a try before rushing
to judgment.
Agreed. I purchased remote assistant from Mike a couple of years ago. I
found a few quirks, but have had great success with it - I've never had it
fail to connect and let me deal with a customer's desktop remotely. I also
use UVNC, UVNC-SC and netmeeting depending on customer. Generally speaking,
if I have a customer who is NOT technically proficient, the easiest way to
get online with them "the first time" has been to talk them through: go to
Mike's site, grab a copy of remote host, install, run, connect now...
