Turbo/BDS2006 XP IDE Theme helper

When you add the XP Manifestation file to the BDS2006 / Turbo executable
(bds.exe), the IDE is fully themed but when you close and restart the
application, the toolbar seems to keep growing. I have created an expert
that can remove the erratic toolbar settings whenever you load/close the
IDE.
