My policies are now very drastic. For those who would like to see
it, please tell me what you think:

I can tell you one thing: no way i'd buy from a vendor making those demands, and i'd expect most people would find them pretty outrageous.
For example: only a *TINY* percentage of developers actually posts to newsgroups or participates in online communities. Do you really want to alienate potential customers and keep them from buying just because they aren't well-known in non-tech? Or customers who (like any sane person) have a policy to only purchase with source code, but dont want to "get to know you better", first? The same goes for categorically declaring customers from large ISPs such as AOL as "not trustworthy" - a pretty bold move.
Your mileage may vary, but i'd expect our sales to go down to by 90% if we'd post guidelines such as these...
