Depends on what you want to do with it.
If you're documenting code/components then you could take a
look at GenHelp(Pro)
at www.frasersoft.net/genhelp It allows fast and easy
creation of help files that install into all
Borland/CodeGear IDEs very simply
Otherwise Help and Manual is highly recommended by lots of
people here.

I am looking for a good help authoring tool.
So far I looked at RoboHelp (too expensive) and
Help & Manual (looks good).
I just want to get opinions and make sure that there is
not something better that I should be looking at.
