Simple Unicode HTML Display Component

Any recomendations for a component that can display html with unicode
characters? In particular, Japanese, so something that just works with
European languages won't help. I tried HtmlLite, but it dosen't support
Unicode. I've looked at RichView, but can't figure out whether it will
work for what I want or not. It seems to indicate that it dosen't like
character sets like Japanese. Anyone happen to convert HtmlLite to
Unicode? I notice that TurboPower has an html viewer, but I assume
that it can't handle Unicode. I looked at the Jcl/JVcl stuff, but didn't
see anything I could use.
This is for Delphi 7, but the why.
