Looking for memo component with hyperlink capability

Hi

I'm looking for a memo component which allows the user to add
hyperlinks. It's to replace standard TMemo's that have already had a
lot of extensions added so using a web browser type comp would probably
be too much work, so it needs to inherit from TMemo ideally.

Does anyone know of such a component?
