We decided that if it's important to see the body comments, they must
be shown in context of the source code. And that you can do.

Why not let your customers decide? I see the point, but I suggest that
either the developer could make sure the comments make sense, or you could
optionally add a line between separate comments. The judgement as to what
makes sense should perhaps be left to the developer.
