Yes.

THere is an issue in the BCDiffer application that the guys at Scooter
Software are aware of. Where if you do a History compare with a Form
active it will default to the PAS file. (You can change to the DFM
manually using the combobox in the bottom left corner)

That issue you mentioned should be addressed in the new version.
