Virus scanner false alarm (autoIt V3 scripting). What to do?

Hello all,
I have a rather annoying problem. I use AutoIt 3 for some scripts
that implement an unattended Windows XP installation with some
applications that are used in our field laboratories on oil wells.
It works brilliantly, but during the course of the installation some
Windows XP system restore points are set. Because of this some
of my compiled scripts get copied into the "c:\System Volume
Information" folder which is unintentional but I can't delete them
from there.
Now it turns out that several virus scanners believe that all compiled
AutoIt scripts are viruses.
It may very well be that some people use this tool for writing malicious
software but in my case that is definitely not the case.
It is highly annoying and makes a bad impression on the customers
if a virus scanner goes off on a newly installed pc.
What to do? I tried applying an EXE encrypter on the compiled
scripts to prevent the virus scanner from recognizing them but
the scripts simply stop working then.
Is there an API function for removing all system restore points?

including the "antispam" part. I had to take this measure to
counteract unsollicited mail.)
