If your that low number of users wise I would suggest using
multiple accounts on your ISP's servers. Most business
accounts come with a dozen or more mailboxes and unlimited
aliasing. Extra accounts are usually pretty cheap.
The only real drawback is mail between users that would
otherwise stay on the local network ends up making
a round trip to the ISP.
