watch your mouth dude. I'm quite familiar with the IDE but I was unable to
find the option inside the menus.

By saying "enfoce to stay at the position I want" can be translated to "save
it to stay on the selected position"

then loaded a new project and it restored to the default IDE.

I asked you if you saved the desktop. I didn't realize you weren't that
familiar with the IDE.
